1. General
By booking any service with Mimi Pet Land, the client agrees to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure the safety, health, and wellbeing of all pets, staff, and clients.
2. Pet Health & Vaccination
All pets must:
* Be fully vaccinated and in good health.
* Be free from contagious diseases, parasites, or infections.
* Have up-to-date flea and tick prevention.
Mimi Pet Land reserves the right to refuse service to any pet showing signs of illness or aggressive behavior.
3. Owner Responsibility
Pet owners confirm that:
* All information provided about the pet is accurate.
* The pet is safe to handle and socialize unless otherwise disclosed.
* Any behavioral issues, medical conditions, allergies, or special care requirements have been fully disclosed before service.
The owner remains legally responsible for any damage, injury, or harm caused by their pet.
4. Emergency Care
In the event of illness, injury, or emergency, Mimi Pet Land may seek veterinary treatment if the owner cannot be contacted immediately.
The owner agrees to:
* Authorize emergency medical treatment when necessary.
* Accept full responsibility for all veterinary expenses incurred.
5. Booking & Payment
* Full or partial payment may be required before service confirmation.
* Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
* Additional charges may apply for extended time, special handling, late pickup, or emergency situations.
6. Cancellation Policy
* Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment will not incur any charge.
* Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
* Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service amount.
7. Late Pickup
Late pickup fees may apply if pets are not collected at the agreed time. Repeated late pickups may result in refusal of future bookings.
8. Aggressive or Unsafe Pets
Mimi Pet Land reserves the right to stop or refuse services for pets displaying aggressive, dangerous, or uncontrollable behavior.
If a service must be stopped for safety reasons, the owner may still be charged for the scheduled appointment.
9. Liability
While every reasonable care is taken, Mimi Pet Land is not liable for:
* Illness, injury, escape, loss, or death caused by unforeseen circumstances.
* Pre-existing medical conditions.
* Incidents beyond reasonable control.
Clients understand that animals may behave unpredictably despite proper supervision.
10. Photography & Media
Mimi Pet Land may take photos or videos of pets during services for social media, promotional, or marketing purposes unless the owner requests otherwise in writing.
11. Personal Property
Mimi Pet Land is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items including collars, leashes, toys, clothing, or accessories.
12. Service Refusal
Mimi Pet Land reserves the right to refuse service to any client or pet at its discretion to maintain safety and service quality.
13. Agreement
By using Mimi Pet Land services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
