These terms are designed to protect the safety of your pet, our staff, and the integrity of our services.
1. Veterinary Care & Emergency Authorization

3. Right to Refuse or Return Aggressive Pets
Right to Terminate Service: Mimi Pet Land reserves the absolute right to refuse service, cancel a booking, or immediately return a pet to the Client (or their designated emergency contact) if the pet exhibits aggressive, dangerous, or unmanageable behavior that poses a risk to our staff, other animals, or the public.
